{"id":4650,"date":"2014-11-21T14:17:04","date_gmt":"2014-11-21T13:17:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.hakisa.com\/?p=4650"},"modified":"2014-11-21T14:17:04","modified_gmt":"2014-11-21T13:17:04","slug":"25-ans-web-francais-ont-doutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hakisa.com\/fr\/blog\/25-ans-web-francais-ont-doutes\/","title":{"rendered":"Apr\u00e8s 25 ans de web, les fran\u00e7ais ont toujours des doutes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019occasion des 25 ans du Web, l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inria.fr\/actualite\/actualites-inria\/barometre-inria-tns-sofres-2014\">Inria<\/a> (organisme public de recherche sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les sciences et technologies du num\u00e9rique) publie sa 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9dition du barom\u00e8tre sur les Fran\u00e7ais et le num\u00e9rique en partenariat avec l\u2019institut <strong>TNS-Sofres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 conduite sur tout le territoire aupr\u00e8s de plus d\u2019un millier personnes de plus de 14 ans et rend compte des rapports entre les citoyens et le num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.hakisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/cover_barometre5_2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4653 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.hakisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/cover_barometre5_2.png?resize=618%2C740\" alt=\"fran\u00e7ais et num\u00e9rique\" width=\"618\" height=\"740\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hakisa.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1\/2014\/11\/cover_barometre5_2.png?w=618&amp;ssl=1 618w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hakisa.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1\/2014\/11\/cover_barometre5_2.png?resize=376%2C450&amp;ssl=1 376w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ec7404\"><strong>Comment les fran\u00e7ais per\u00e7oivent-ils le web\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dans son \u00e9tude, l\u2019Inria distingue <strong>4 cat\u00e9gories d\u2019utilisateurs<\/strong>\u00a0: les d\u00e9connect\u00e9s, les distants, les usagers et les \u00ab\u00a0homo numericus\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Cette derni\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie a doubl\u00e9 en 3 ans. 34% de la population s\u2019identifie comme <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Homo Numericus\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des individus pour qui les outils num\u00e9riques sont indispensables au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.hakisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotolia_67200507_Subscription_Monthly_M.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4658 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.hakisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotolia_67200507_Subscription_Monthly_M-300x199.jpg?resize=300%2C199\" alt=\"famille tablette web\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ajout\u00e9s aux usagers \u00ab\u00a0classiques\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est <strong>63% de la population fran\u00e7aise qui ont aujourd\u2019hui un usage quotidien des outils num\u00e9riques<\/strong> et admettent qu\u2019ils ont beaucoup chang\u00e9 leur fa\u00e7on de vivre.<\/p>\n<p>Si les fran\u00e7ais reconnaissent majoritairement le web comme un moyen d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la connaissance, de s\u2019ouvrir sur le monde ou de rester inform\u00e9s, <strong>ils restent cependant m\u00e9fiants lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de leur vie priv\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ec7404\"><strong>Les relations sur internet\u00a0: le paradoxe<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>60% des fran\u00e7ais ont une vision positive du num\u00e9rique lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de leurs relations professionnelles et amicales. A l\u2019oppos\u00e9, <strong>72% des fran\u00e7ais pensent que le num\u00e9rique a un effet n\u00e9gatif sur leur vie priv\u00e9e<\/strong>, en particulier leur vie de famille et amoureuse.<\/p>\n<p>Cette affirmation est particuli\u00e8rement vraie chez les utilisateurs chevronn\u00e9s du net. L\u2019Inria soul\u00e8ve ici un paradoxe surprenant : <strong>plus on utilise le num\u00e9rique, plus on en craint les effets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4652 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.hakisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotolia_47244969_Subscription_Monthly_M-300x300.jpg?resize=300%2C300\" alt=\"monde connect\u00e9 internet tablette\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ec7404\"><strong>La crainte d\u2019Internet\u00a0: qu\u2019est-ce qui nous fait peur ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe bien une certaine m\u00e9fiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des outils num\u00e9riques. En effet, <strong>82% des interrog\u00e9s qualifient leur usage d\u2019Internet \u00ab\u00a0prudent\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Pourquoi tant de m\u00e9fiance\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019usage quotidien d\u2019internet \u00e0 fait na\u00eetre de nombreuses interrogations chez les fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p>Protection de la vie priv\u00e9e, s\u00e9curisation des transactions financi\u00e8res ou encore usage du num\u00e9rique dans la sant\u00e9 et la m\u00e9decine sont <strong>autant d\u2019incertitudes<\/strong> pour les utilisateurs qui ne demandent qu\u2019\u00e0 apprendre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ils restent m\u00e9fiants face \u00e0 certains aspects encore trop flous, les utilisateurs ne demandent qu\u2019\u00e0 apprendre\u00a0! Ainsi, 90% d\u2019entre eux jugent \u00ab\u00a0<strong>avoir un usage averti d\u2019internet<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb utile.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 25 ans d\u2019Internet, le regard des fran\u00e7ais sur le num\u00e9rique a \u00e9volu\u00e9.
