Thus, Hakisa strives to\u00a0equip administrators with all the tools necessary for community management. Among these tools, the Hakisa technology now includes an application of conversations between Club Managers and community members, which facilitates the processing of user feedback.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff7813\">Club Manager conversation:\u00a0the feature is evolving<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Being able to respond quickly and effectively to the different questions of the members is essential for any community manager. Hakisa is therefore\u00a0transforming its feature &#8220;Club Manager conversations&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hakisa.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/claims-fo-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1043\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hakisa.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/claims-fo-1.png\" alt=\"claim feature\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The new claim feature is useful\u00a0for managing complaints within a residence, help with administrative issues within a municipality as well as treat housing related problems. The feature allows administrators to manage any type of question and can be added to each of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hakisa.com\/en\/business\">Hakisa solutions<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>A community member starts a conversation with a Club Manager who can then display, characterize and process the conversation from a dedicated back-office.<br \/>\nAt each evolution\u00a0of the conversation process, a notification is sent to the user who can follow the evolution of his request in real time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff7813\">Claim feature: improved tracking of user feedback<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In this new version, several improvements have been implemented to\u00a0ease user feedback processing and claim management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding a <strong>status to each conversation: <\/strong>the Club Manager can\u00a0display the\u00a0feedbacks\u00a0to\u00a0process,\u00a0processing or already processed<\/li>\n<li>Characterization of user\u00a0feedbacks\u00a0thanks to a <strong>keyword system<\/strong> fully manageable by the Club Manager to help define the typology of requests<\/li>\n<li><b>Processing confirmation<\/b>\u00a0sent to the user at the end of processing, thus ensuring that the user is fully aware of the processing of his\u00a0feedback<\/li>\n<li>Adding <strong>additional information<\/strong> to each conversation, visible only to\u00a0Club Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hakisa.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/bo-cm-conversation-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1044\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hakisa.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/bo-cm-conversation-1.png\" alt=\"claim feature bo\" width=\"800\" height=\"571\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You would like to know more about the features offered by Hakisa technology and our offers for professionals?
